Loan Modification Help

If you want a loan modification or to refinance under the national mortgage settlement, contact the Missouri Attorney General’s toll-free Mortgage Hotline: 855-870-7676.

Settlement Compensation Help

The Settlement Administrator has made payments to most eligible borrowers. The Office of Mortgage Settlement Oversight is not the Settlement Administrator and does not handle or oversee direct payments to consumers within the settlement.
