If you want a loan modification or refinance under the national mortgage settlement, contact your servicer:

Settlement Compensation Help

The Settlement Administrator has made payments to most eligible borrowers. The Office of Mortgage Settlement Oversight is not the Settlement Administrator and does not handle or oversee direct payments to consumers within the settlement. If you have questions about your eligibility or compensation under the settlement, please call the Settlement Administrator toll-free at 1-866-430-8358.

Scam Help

If you have been scammed by a foreclosure rescue operator or a debt relief organization, contact the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit at 800-220-5424; learn how to file a complaint by visiting www.attorneygeneral.delaware.gov and click on the red “Complaints” box.

Tenant Help

If you are a tenant who lives in residence that was foreclosed upon, you can contact legal aid at 800-773-0606.
