Foreclosure Help
If you are in foreclosure or at risk of default, contact the Colorado Foreclosure Hotline: 877-601-HOPE (4673) or www.coloradoforeclosurehotline.org.
- The Hotline will be able to direct you to a FREE service that may help you save your home.
- The Hotline refers you to HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselors in your area.
- This service is completely FREE. Four out of five homeowners who meet with a counselor are able to avoid foreclosure. Call today 877-601-4673.
Beware of companies who claim to be able to save your homes. For more information about foreclosure rescue and loan modification scams please visit the Colorado Attorney General’s website: http://www.coloradoattorneygeneral.gov/departments/consumer_protection/mortgage_fraud_information_center.
