Other loan modification or foreclosure relief programs
- Keep Your Home California is a program of the California Housing Finance Agency, a state agency. It receives federal funds to prevent foreclosures. It has programs for unemployment mortgage assistance, transition assistance, principal reduction, and mortgage payment assistance. - The national HOPE Hotline: 888-995-HOPE (4673) can connect you with your mortgage company and can provide information on HAMP and other programs.
