  • Keep Your Home California is a program of the California Housing Finance Agency, a state agency. It receives federal funds to prevent foreclosures.  It has programs for unemployment mortgage assistance, transition assistance, principal reduction, and mortgage payment assistance.   • The national HOPE Hotline: 888-995-HOPE (4673) can connect you with your mortgage company and can provide information on HAMP and other programs.

Settlement Compensation Help

The Settlement Administrator has made payments to most eligible Californians. If you have questions about your eligibility or compensation under the settlement, please call the Settlement Administrator toll-free at 1-866-430-8358.
