If you would like to request a loan modification or refinancing and your mortgage servicer is not under one of the five consent judgments, contact your mortgage servicer. For a list of servicer contact information go to: www.MakingHomeAffordable.gov. Click on “Get Started” and then click on “Contact Your Mortgage Company.”

Settlement Compensation Help

The Settlement Administrator has made payments to most eligible borrowers. The Office of Mortgage Settlement Oversight is not the Settlement Administrator and does not handle or oversee direct payments to consumers within the settlement.
